The 2012 UWIHLAll-Star Game takes place
Friday, March 16th at 12:00pm at Adie Knox Arena

The rosters were announced for the University of Windsor Intramural Hockey League (UWIHL) All-Star game that is to take place next Friday, March 16th at 12:00 at Adie Knox Arena, and WWGRD will be represented well by one of their veteran leaders, Mark Micelli. According to the website’s official statistics, the elder Micelli is leading the team with 13 points (6 goals, 7 assists) in 12 games. Micelli's 6 goals put him in a tie for the team lead with Michael "Bobblehead" Nantau and Dylan "Schen" Schenteg, his 7 assists lead the team, and his 1.1 point per game (PPG) ratio is also tied for the team lead with Ryan Boutette.

Micelli will be appearing in his first UWIHL All-Star Game

Mark Micelli was contacted for comments when news broke of his selection, and needless to say he was thrilled, "All I can say right now is that I'm excited for the opportunity and owe it all to my teammates of WWGRD, especially the grind line that I have been a part of." He then went on to point out one teammate in particular when asked to expend by a media member, "Michael Nantau shows up for every game and gives 110 on every shift. He's not someone you want to go into the corners with."
